Doin' the bunny hop hop hop!

I love Easter. I love Easter so much, I went to 6am mass to celebrate. Yes, 6 AM. And the house was packed! A passerby stopped me today and said, "I love that man that died on the cross for us." I replied, "I do too, I do too." It was a moment of realization for me, I had said it out loud. It was something I had never really said other than in my prayers of course. And it was true. I do love that man.

I love everything that Easter brings. I love the sun shinning on my skin, the breezy flow of my new spring dress. I love the sight of my niece and nephews racing for eggs not knowing where to begin, the laughs and feelings of togetherness. Where would we be without our Lord, Jesus Christ!? Praise, He is Risen!

So, I'm that aunt with the nice camera that makes all the kids quit playing to snap a few shots...

And sometimes we get a little impatient, especially while saying "cheese" with the sun in our eyes..

While some of us like the attention.. :)

But it's always the memories that make it worth while.

 

I'm also the Aunt that likes a challenge.

I take a lot of pride in choosing the hardest hiding spots for eggs.
